Aren't these annoying?



I don't get why we have them. But apparently, they do have a point.

So they are technically called CAPTCHAs. That stands for "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart." They are used for security verification with the idea that humans can read them and pass the test but computers can't. Interesting! But still annoying.
